Download FTP Software. After download at first unzip & install. Now USE FTP software.
How to USE FTP software:
Type profile name: ANY Name
Hostname/address: IP or ftp.domain name(Like: ftp.freeonlineearning.com)
Host type: Automatic direct
User ID: User ID of Hosting(Which ID provide your hosting provider)
Password: Password of hosting (Which password provide your hosting provider)
No need to use account & comments box

Now click OK. First time, you need to reenter your hosting password.
