I have not use automatic backlinks
I usually search by myself for get back link from other site. you can do link exchange if you wanted backlink.

If you really want a lof of backlinks than just contact a lot of bloggers, most blogger are giving backlinks for free.
I always contact 100 bloggers after i finished a page and 90 of them are having my link afterwards on their page.
(once i got 101 backlinks, but only contacted 100 bloggers!)
